Connecticut has earned an A in the 2026 Digital States Survey, up from an A-minus two years ago. It is one of 11 states to receive the top grade. The Center for Digital Government evaluates how states use technology to improve services and operations. Connecticut also received an award for coordinating technology work across state agencies. State officials say that work includes easier access to online services and stronger cybersecurity.
