Police in Newtown say a liquor store clerk is facing a misdemeanor charge after allegedly selling alcohol to a 20 year old customer. Officers investigating a complaint reportedly saw the customer leaving the store with alcohol before confirming he was underage. The 23 year old clerk was issued a summons and is scheduled to appear in court in Danbury.
