Connecticut is considering bicycle rentals along four state park trails and wants public feedback. Optional shuttle service could let riders finish at a different location without biking back to their starting point. The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection is accepting comments through November 20. The state has not yet opened bidding for rental operators.
