Four prediction-market companies are discussing possible service changes after Connecticut ordered nine firms to stop allegedly illegal sports wagering. Novig, ProphetX, Gemini and Webull have responded to regulators. Five others have not. Some companies argue their event contracts fall under federal rather than state regulation.
