Connecticut environmental officials are asking residents and businesses to help shape the state’s next Comprehensive Energy Strategy. The plan will examine electricity, natural gas, heating and transportation fuels, with a focus on affordability and reliability. Written comments are due to DEEP by 4 p.m. October 16.
