Governor Ned Lamont has ordered U.S. and state flags lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset Friday for the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. The Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge and Stamford Transportation Center will also be illuminated in red, white and blue Thursday and Friday nights.
